Old Forester Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is a limited-release product from 75 select barrels, only the second using the brand's rye recipe introduced in 2019. Bottled at varying strengths around 50% ABV, it features a mash bill of 65% rye, 20% malted barley, and 15% corn. The aroma presents brown sugar, peat, and cherries with smoky notes, while the flavor profile includes rye spice, preserved fruits, cherries, roasted pecans, hazelnuts, and pepper.
